Mushroom spoon 20U

The Mushroom Spoon is a mechanical linkage component found in many industrial sewing machines (and some advanced domestic models). It sits inside the machine near the presser foot lifting mechanism. When the operator presses the knee lifter bar, the mushroom spoon receives that motion and pushes upward to lift the presser foot. It is called a “mushroom spoon” because of its rounded, spoon‑like shape that makes smooth contact with the knee lifter rod.
